Additional to this we have made substantial investments in modern laboratory equipment.  Every single pair of spectacles receives a high quality finish to meet our stringent demands in the most rigorous quality control. Every pair of spectacles is hand-finished and checked by our laboratory and manufacturing managers. They are then checked again by a dispensing optician to ensure that your new spectacles are manufactured to conform to or exceed the relevant British and European Standards.

Here at David H Myers Opticians you can create your own individual design of rimless spectacles from an endless assortment of lens shapes and mounts, with additional features such as hand painted grooves producing a truly unique and bespoke product. At David H Myers Opticians  your  bespoke rimless spectacles can be glazed with thin and light clear prescription lenses, tinted prescription sunglass lenses, polarised prescription lenses or the latest generation Transitions® lenses which will darken in the sun or remain virtually clear when worn indoors thereby giving you the ultimate in comfort, quality and protection. All of our High Index and Transitions® lenses offer you full protection from harmful UVB and UVA rays all year round.
